Our stay was okay

Breakfast was good we enjoyed it! Everything was fresh and neatly prepared. The dining was so clean and the staff was very friendly. The chef on duty...oh thank you sis. Your omlett was exactly how it is suppose to be. Excellent job!

Aircon was out of service,door and other things needed to be fixed. They booked us while the rooms are being fixed. Could not even make a video

Holiday stay

The bedding , room and bathrooms were clean Airconditioning Safe gated parking for my car Rooms were bigger than expected

When we got there our card did not work and we had to be moved to a different room The windows overlooking the ocean was terribly dirty The elevator was making noise when going up or down and I did not see any last inspection notices inside the elevators. Doors makes a terrible rattling noise when they are closed

Excellent service and comfortable stay

Receptionist was very welcoming, our room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and the sea view was excellent.

Dinner was not served on Friday and Saturday.

It is always clean, rooms are comfortable and staff is friendly. I also love the location and the beautiful view of the ocean.

I was very very disappointed in the fact that our neighbors on the 6th floor played loud music untill 1am, they screamed, slammed doors and ran up and down the halls. It is totally unacceptable, we came for business and do not know if we will be supporting your Hotel again. I did notify the person at the front desk and they came up once and was ignored by the people who were partying.

The room was quite spacious.

The room was quite spacious. Views were great. Everything was clean. I would book here again. In terms of value for money it's a really good place.

Upon arrival staff member mentioned that check in was 14:30 onwards even though booking.com said it is from 14:00. We asked for an earlier check in and staff member asked us to take a seat. After waiting for about 15 minutes with no interaction we left. When we came back later the new staff member on duty was way better at facilitating the check in process. I think the one that was on duty was perhaps ending her shift and just not having a good day. I think that staff members name was Nandipha ( the less than helpful one) . Also the Aircon stopped working in the middle of the night and would not go on again. Which made the room a little uncomfortable.

They must consider having a bar fridge in rooms and microwave. Even if each floor has one microwave.

It was short stay, but it was great

Travelling with my mother having to share a room, fortunately the extra bed was in a semi private area. More like we were in separate room. Great value for money. The room was beautiful and fresh, not to mention the sea view

My stay was excellent, I would to visit this place again.

I really enjoyed the ocean view. Because of the lights along the beach, you could have the view all night long.

The entrance needs a bit of attention. The rooms are beautiful and neat but the entrance gives a bad impression of the place. It looks "run-down"

The property is right next to the beach, great location, modern interior design and spacious rooms .

When I arrive for check in my room was not ready, then got checked into the wrong room, the staff seem not to be aware on online booking requests, there seems to be a disconnect, the staff was very helpful in resolving the mixup

The place is in a perfect location

The fact that the place has no fridge and i did not notice that when i made my booking,otherwise i would not have been booked it, again the fact that i did not know the wifi password made me have more attitude of the place, why would i have to ask for it instead of being given if it is there.

The porter could not assist us with our luggage to the room and there was no toilet paper @ room 503 where I've booked and I was forced to go to the reception to ask for it
